Is there something missing?
Confession: I found myself stolling through the aisles of PetSmart this evening and I don't own a pet...not even a fish.
This is not the first time it's happened. I go and look at the doggie beds, the doggie clothes, the doggie toys, read through the doggie magazines, watch some little doggie get his hair cut, and have a peak at the little kittens in their cages.
Am I warped or is there something missing in my life? I think there's a clue in the fact that I call everything as PetSmart "doggie" something...hmm

i am no longer allowed to go to any animal shelter/store/website because i love animals (doggies especially) and definitely think something is missing from my life because i don't have one. i want to take them all home and love them...especially the ones no one wants at the shelter. everyone keeps telling me what a big responsibility it is to have one, almost like a child, and through dogsitting for friends i know it is. remember that you will no longer be the one dictating your spare time and that it puts a bit of a strain on travel. if you decide to get one and want someone to go doggie (or whatever) shopping with you...i'm always available!!! love you
