At least I'm awake
Well, no luck in the sleeping department. I had a bonus headache all night to go along with the insomnia. Around 5 I took some pills and switched to a softer pillow. That seemed to do the trick.
I'm sure it will be a good day either way. Off to get some much needed coffee.

Hey Kris,
This is your sister who loves you very much. When I have trouble sleeping I take a long hot shower or bath about an hour before bed. As your body temperature comes down, you will find it a lot easier to fall asleep. Another thing that helps is to have really fresh sheets on the bed as often as possible. Hot bath, fresh sheets, try it...XO.
