Newfoundland

A friend of a friend is moving to Newfoundland. So I was talking to this guy tonight whom I've never met, and he was so pumped about moving to Newfoundland.
He said Newfoundland is the only Maritime province he has not visited, and he's moving there in a month. He said he's always been fascinated with Newfoundland because he has never met someone from there that he didn't like.
He said that Newfoundlanders have a reputation for being good people and he wants to live in a place where there are people with people like that.
So this guy is packing up and moving to a place he's never even visited which he has been drawn to only because of the people's reputation?
Amazing.
