I 'heart' You

While walking around downtown yesterday Des found some graffiti to capture. I thought this was a pretty cool shot.
I wonder who this person loves, or if they love anyone at all. Were they stuck for something to write, or was there nothing left after that? Did they begin with that in mind or did they finish after getting that far? Who did they think would read it? Was the person it's meant for standing there so there was no mistake who this declaration is for? Can anyone claim this declaration? Has someone's life changed by walking by and reading this? Was there someone who felt no one in the world loved them and then read this and it all changed? Did they try to find the person who wrote it? Does the crack between the heart and 'u' have any significance?
I want to find the writer of I 'heart' you...I have a few questions to ask them...
