How To Make A Great Cup of Tea
1. I like to use orange pekoe tea.
2. Put fresh (preferably filtered) water in a kettle and boil.
3. Set out a tea cup, saucer, tea pot, and 3 tea bags.
4. When the kettle boils, immediately fill the bottom of the tea pot with hot water and swish the water around the pot. This will warm your pot so the tea will stay hotter longer.
5. Throw the tea bags in the pot and pour the hot water over them to release the tea goodness.
6. Place a tea cozy over the pot. If you do not have a tea cozy for your pot, place a dish towel over the pot to help it stay warm.
7. Set a timer for 5 minutes and wait for the tea to steep.
8. Fill your cup with a little hot water as well and swish as you did with the pot. You can leave the water in the cup until you are ready to fill it with tea.
9. When the tea is ready, remove the tea bags and discard.
10. Fill your cup and remember to leave room for cream!

KIM!! I read your blog often and I can't comment on it because I lack the xanga capabilities. I think I signed up for a xanga account at one point to leave comments on my xanga bog friends, but I can't access it now.
Anyway, all that to say, I hope you find peace in the future and know that I am thinking about you and wishing you the very best!
