being blessed to bless
Des and I have been experiencing the joy of giving lately.
We are honestly looking at how we have been SO richly blessed and we believe it is so that we can then bless others. Now, the key word here is "believe." We BELIEVE it is so we can then bless others. Before, it was, "yes we have been so blessed and it's because God needs us to be a blessing to others." No, now it's ACTIONS following BELIEF. I don't think we can believe it until we do it. I can tell you all the wonderful things I believe and why I believe and whatever. But until I ACT like I believe it, I don't think I really believe it at all.
These are good days.
These are stressful and uncertain days.
And these are good days.

Mmmm...that's awesome. Giving is a difficult and selfless act..whether it be money, time, a listening ear, whatever.
I think when you give away whichever is most precious to you you are truly doing the will of God.
